Peter Transforms Cotter

Peter followed four guiding principles to building an industry in Cotter.

1) Produce well-designed, well-made clothing that brings joy to those who wear it

2) Revitalize a deteriorating Cotter

3) Employ people, pay decent wages, and develop a team as opposed to workers versus management

4) Ensure that the effort is in concert with God's request for humanity

Peter lived and breathed these guiding principles and White River Industries had great success.
