| The Peitz River lights are lit in honor of Mrs. Frances Smith's birthday. She was a native of Cotter. She served on the Cotter Care Crew, was an officer of Cotter High School Alumni, graduating in 1949. Thank you for your service to the City of Cotter and the lovely memories you leave us with! |
